七星岩景区 Seven Star Crags

        七星岩景区位于肇庆市端州区，与鼎湖山共同组成“星湖风景名胜区”，1982年入选首批国家重点风景名胜区，2020年获评国家5A级旅游景区。景区面积8.23平方公里，因七座岩峰排列状如天上北斗七星得名，素有“岭南第一奇观”“人间仙境”美誉。

        景区以喀斯特岩溶地貌的岩峰、摩崖石刻、湖泊及寺庙为主要特色，共有景点50多处，呈现“湖中有山、山中有洞、洞中有河”的独特景观。其中，摩崖石刻达531题，是岭南地区保存得最多最集中的摩崖石刻群，为国家重点文物保护单位。景区设有广东省首个“领事林”，由73个国家驻华使领馆官员亲手种植。

Located in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing, Seven Star Crags and Dinghu Mountain together form the "Xinghu Scenic and Historic Interest Area." The scenic area was included in China's first batch of "National Key Scenic and Historic Interest Areas" in 1982 and was rated as a National 5A Tourist Attraction in 2020.

Covering 8.23 square kilometers, Seven Star Crags is named after seven crag peaks arranged in the shape of the Big Dipper. It is renowned as the "No. 1 Wonder of Lingnan" and a "Fairyland on Earth." The area features karst crag peaks, cliff inscriptions, lakes, and temples, with more than 50 scenic spots showcasing the unique landscape of "mountains in lakes, caves in mountains, and rivers in caves." Its 531 cliff inscriptions constitute the largest and most concentrated cluster of cliff inscriptions preserved in Lingnan. This collection is listed as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level. The scenic area also features Guangdong's first "Consular Forest," planted by officials from the embassies and consulates of 73 countries in China.
